Games/Craft Information:

 

Joeys ready for work

 

2-3 teams Joeys one end, dads the other – Dad must dress joey for work.  At least one piece of clothing and 2 accessories. Once dressed joey and dad run back to the ‘dad’ end of the hall, next dad goes.

 

Stock car racing (fruit salad)

 

All sitting in a circle except one person.

1. Rolls-Royce: this never goes wrong - runs.

2. Nissan: has a flat tyre - hops.

3. Mazda: is stuck in reverse gear - run backwards.

4. Ford: very old model, can only go slowly - walk.

5. Mini: only small - run crouched down.

6. Stock-car: everyone runs.

 

Name each person in turn, call a car and they have to get up and swap seats the person in the middle tries to nab a seat.– call ‘stock car’ and everyone changes seats

Balloon and feather race (spare)

 

Combined feather on a plate and batting the balloon relay.  Dads do both Joeys either!

 

Supper– dads make fruit and marshmallow skewers for Joeys, Joeys make iced biscuits for dad!

 

Pass the bean bags

While everyone is seated chairs close together hands behind the chairs pass a bean bag around behind them, then add another and one going the other way.  Anyone who drops a bean bag is out and the chairs move in.  More bean bags, more fun!
