Games and activities
Gondola Race:
Set up teams on each side of the circle. Give the Gondolier a vest and paddle. A passenger is on board as well. They have to fit into a large box. The passenger holds the box, while the Gondolier does the paddling.
They paddle around the circle then swap to another two.
Mafia Dress UP relay:
One races up the hall where the Mafia clothes are. They dress up, race back to the starting end and then take a hostage back up to the dress up end. They make the hostage dress up, the original one stays at the dress up end, while the new Mafia person captures another hostage and so on.
