Coming In Activity: Ghost Hand
Joeys draw around their hand to form a ghost.
Game:Musical Graves
Long sheets of paper are placed on the floor. Joeys move around like zombies to the music. When it stops Joeys lie in a grave.
Activity: Puppet
Joeys in small groups each with a Leader. Joeys use 2 gloves, balloon, string, sheet and 3 sticks to make a huge ghost puppet for them all to work. Take turns at working it.
Activity:
- Apple Bobbing – Joeys bob for apples and then make an apple slinky on the machines. EAT!!!
- Slime – Joeys discover what is hidden in the slime (Lux flakes beaten with water, objects hidden)
- Bat Wings – Joeys put on black plastic bag wings and go outside to fly
Game: Pass the Brains
Pass the Parcel game but with a difference. A pumpkin is cut into a jack-o-lantern (scooped out and eyes cut out) Fill with cooked spaghetti and Freddo Frogs. Joeys pass the lantern around and when the music stops they put their hand in to get a prize.
