Game:Snake Slide
Relay formation. Each team has a sack. Joeys get into sack and slide to the end of the hall and back. Next Joey continues.
Game: Snakes and Bats
Joeys lined up along wall. Leader hands out cards which Joeys keep hidden so no other Joey knows what they have. Cards have a picture of a snake on them. One card has a bat. When all have their cards the Leader calls out “BAT TIME!” and the bat tries to catch as many snakes as he can.

Activity: Reef Knot |
Show Joeys how to tie a reef knot in jelly snakes. Give each Joey 2 different colour snakes to tie for themselves. Eat when checked.
Craft: Sock Puppet
Sew eyes (buttons) on to an old sock. Add a tongue from felt and fangs using blutack.
Activity: Puppets
Joeys use puppets to talk to each other. Make up little plays in groups.
