Hall Hire 

 "Gumbarie", the 1st East Ryde Scout Hall, is available for hire for a variety of events including meetings and functions.

Pricing

• casual hire of the hall is $60 per hour, with a minimum fee of $150.
• for large family functions price is on application
• use of a gas BBQ is an additional $20
• use of the video projector is an additional $75

Hall hire includes

• tables and chairs to seat up to 80 people
• fully functional kitchen, with oven, microwave and dishwasher, hot water urns, drink coolers
• a large open expanse of parkland next to the hall where young children can run and play
• wheelchair access ramps are available for use on request

Other Information

• we cannot hire the hall to minors
• noise restrictions apply at night
• our jumping castle cannot be hired for non-Scout related activities, however you may hire your own
• discounts apply for all East Ryde Scout Group families
